Yes, Branch Furniture does offer free shipping on their products in the continental US and Canada. The company aims to process and ship in-stock orders within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once a product is purchased, an order confirmation email is sent. If a change needs to be made to the order, it can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed via the confirmation email.

In the event a product is backordered or available for pre-order, the estimated ship date is listed on the product page and during checkout. Payment for pre-orders is collected at checkout to save the spot in line, but the order can be cancelled and a full refund received at any time before it ships.

For large orders (more than 3 desks or 20 chairs) that don't select white glove service, fulfillment is usually through a LTL freight provider to minimize transit issues and reduce the risk of shipping damage. Lead times for freight orders vary, but usually take between 10 and 15 business days.

Please note that Branch Furniture is unable to ship to P.O. boxes. For those who want to furnish their office without lifting a finger, White Glove Delivery is offered from their door to yours in most major US and Canadian markets.

The return policy at branchfurniture.com is quite flexible. Like-new Branch products in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The customer just needs to pay for the return shipping.

There are some conditions and exclusions to this policy. The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging. Returns outside of the 30-day return window are not accepted.

For large corporate office orders delivered via White Glove or Freight, a 20% restocking fee is applied upon return. Custom Products, Shipping Fees, and Installation fees are non-refundable. If any Branch product is shipped outside of continental US and/or Canada all return and warranty policies are voided.

If a product is received damaged, Branch should be notified within three days of receipt. In this case, the return shipping fee for damaged items is covered by Branch. Damaged items can be physically returned for a full refund or replacement.

Remember, it's always a good idea to check the specific terms and conditions of the return policy on the website. Happy shopping!
